Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
In case your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us for a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges. Please inspect your cart before making a purchase to make sure you are ordering the correct items.
Cancellations
We can only cancel your order within 24 hours after it was placed, before it has shipped. Once your package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
